FAQ
What is the minimum MOQ?
From 50 pieces per style in Vietnam. Depending on the category, our partner workshops work between 50 and 300 pieces. By comparison, large exporting groups refuse any project under 1,000 pieces.
What lead times should I expect?
Three phases. Costed proposal: 2 to 4 weeks. Samples: 3 to 6 weeks. Production: 60 to 90 days. In total, allow 4 to 6 months between the first brief and the delivery of a first production.
Vietnam or China?
Vietnam is the best entry point in most cases: lower MOQs, reduced duty into the EU, excellent level in tailoring and outerwear. China wins in three cases: very specific technicity, large volumes, or short lead times with our already-qualified partner. We recommend the right country, product by product, at the start of every mission.
What is the EVFTA?
The free trade agreement between the European Union and Vietnam. In practice: import duties on garments, normally around 12%, drop to 0% when the fabric and the making meet the rules of origin. On a €50,000 order, that is up to €6,000 saved. We structure production to qualify.
Do you only work on high-end products?
No. The network covers every price range, from basic t-shirts to the most constructed pieces, notably through our volume partners. The level of control and the transparency of quotes stay the same, whatever the target price.
